Drag

A term referring to DRTV calls/orders that are generated after the commercial telecast time. The majority of all calls/orders will be made within 30 minutes of a specific telecast. Additional calls/orders made over the next few hours and up to days and weeks later are referred to as drag calls/orders

DSP (Demand Side Platform)

An automated buying platform where advertisers and agencies go/utilize to purchase digital ad inventory. Examples of digital ad inventory include banner ads on websites, mobile ads on apps and the mobile web, and in-stream video. Examples of DSPs are Trade Desk, Media Math, Amazon DSP, DoubleClick & more

DTC (Direct-to-Consumer)

A type of business that sells their product or service to the consumer, directly, without another store or vendor in between
